Instead of trying yet another diet for weight loss i am trying something different. A lifestyle change. This means I am changing what & when I eat; smaller, measured portions; more raw vegetables & fruit; eliminating all foods with lots of things I cannot pronounce; Shopping mostly in the dairy, seafood & produce sections.
Also started walking a little more, drinking a lot of water, no more coffee & the list goes on & on.
